The alpha version for my first legit game! Made during my spring semester this year for a game dev course led by @DrDrub! It's still very rough and short (college is a bitch) but worry not! This is only a glimpse into the scope I have in mind..

Firstly great game with a cool mechanic but I would like to share my thoughts on some bugs and gameplay decisions you made during the project.

Firstly as stated in another comment: if you hit an enemy with great downwards velocity you phase trough them and die. I would suggest removing their damaging hitbox immidiately when you kill them.

secondly: in level 3 there is a part where you need to bounce on some enemies to get up, but when the enemies die you cannot continue, forcing you to kill yourself. I would suggest giving them unlimited HP or making an invincible second enemy type speciffically for platforming enemies. 

and finally: if you get stuck in a block your downwards velocity keeps increasing, tbh this is rage enducing as the character plummets at 5 miles a second to their death.

I hope you continue developing and turn it into a full game. Maybe a metroidvania or something? For now im just gonna speedrun this alpha version (please add an end screen with a time I beg you as a speedrunner). 

Also please add cyote time and jump buffering it would make the game way better.

- Yep those hitboxes will be tweaked, and good idea

- The enemy jumping part was definitely a last-minute addition, and upon reflection it should've just been a regular bouncing object or an enemy that respawns after a certain amount of time.

- Yes this was a bug I never got to figuring out, still contemplating on the best way to go about it.

And wow you read my mind! My original and biggest inspiration was Celeste but I was also imagining myself going that direction. After a break from school, you best believe I'm continuing on this :]

Yeah! I got a notification about my PC warning me about the game, sorry man I really like how looks your game but idk that makes me feel unsure about play it :L anyway I wish there is not any malware inside bcse the game looks good

If you land on an enemy from too high, you might be moving fast enough to get low enough to die to them too.

Yep I've received this feedback multiple times now, I'll be sure to go back and patch those hitboxes!
